Why am I getting 'Your game session will not be recorded!' message?
There could be multiple reasons:
- The most obvious one is that you are not currently logged in.
- Your session might be timed out.
- Your account may also be temporarily (or permanently) excluded from our leaderboard system.
- The game you have chosen is not a leaderboard game.
- Our site or backend systems are under maintenance.
- There is a bug/flaw/error introduced in our latest update.
One simple way to remedy the situation is trying to relog on your account. You could also try to clear your browser cache and cookies. Try Google for browser specific instructions. If nothing seems to help, contact us via Discord or Support form.
I have an idea for a game but no idea about programming or creating graphics, can you help?
The thing is, many of us can think of good ideas for games. But the level of commitment required to create and launch games is more often too great for average people.
We believe that you should first acquire some experience on game design or be willing to put the time in yourself to create parts of the game. We are a small team, and don't have the time and resources to take all ideas to fruitition. Having said that, we can point you in the right direction to get the knowledge and skills you will need.
Can I publish my own game on PPG website and get paid for it?
Certainly. Take a look at Services section in the page footer for more information.
Just to make it clear: it does not cost YOU anything to publish a game on our site (some restrictions apply).

Where do I create a PlayPointGames account?
We identify you through your Google, Facebook, or Yahoo account. Just hit Sign Up and you are golden!
Can I create multiple accounts or create accounts for others in my household?
No, you may not use multiple accounts, that goes against the requirements set by our clients. Creating multiple accounts risks getting those accounts banned from the site.
Can I use VPN, fake my IP address, use bots or impersonate someone else, etc...?
No, that goes against every rule in the book. When caught, you will lose your account and all your funds will be permanently lost.
How do I change my Nickname or set my Entropia Universe® avatar name?
On the homepage, go to 'My account' and enter the correct details. We may email you asking you to confirm the change.
If others use my referral link and complete tasks do I get a bonus?
Yes, you'll get 10% of your referrals' offerwall earnings credited to your account. Once you have been rewarded 10 Points from the referral this bonus will end, and there is no secondary level referral bonus. You can find your referral link in your account settings, please refrain from over promoting your link to the point of spamming.
PPG Points™ and Tokens
What are PPG Points™ and where do I get some?
PPG Points™ are a type of currency on PlayPointGames.
They can be withdrawn and converted into real world currency.
PPG Points™ are pegged to US Dollar at 10:1 ratio, i.e. 10 PPG Points equals 1 USD.
How can I withdraw my PPG Points™?
Payments are done manually and are NOT instant. When you have accumulated at least 20 PPG Points™ and your account is in good standing, you may request a withdrawal.
Our currently withdraw options are as follows:
- Amazon Gift Card
- Steam Gift Card
- Tibia Coins
- Entropia Universe® avatar
- Bitcoins to CoinBase
- Bitcoins to Binance
Note that all withdrawals are free of charge! You will always get the requested amount without deductions.
To initiate the withdrawal process, log in to your account and click "Withdraw" tab from My Account page.
What are PPG Tokens?
Earn tokens by completing tasks in offerwall pages.
The only difference between Tokens and Points is that Tokens can be spent on the site while Points can be only withdraw as money, crypto or gift cards.
The value of a Token and Point is exactly the same. While Tokens can be converted Points, the opposite is not possible. So be careful when converting!
Offerwall
I completed an offer but did not get paid!
We are sorry to hear that. However, offers are not part of PlayPointGames.com website and we have no authority over the decisions of our partners and service providers.
There are couple of things you can do yourself. First make sure you have checked your pending payments from My Account pages. The points are not credited immediately, but will show as pending until confirmed.
What you should do is to choose the best offer your can (based on your criteria) and hope for the best. For example, do not choose offers which require purchases if you are not willing to take the risk of not getting paid.
How long I need to wait for pending points to be paid?
It takes up to 60 days for the offerwall payments to get confirmed and paid. During that time the payment may get reversed and there is nothing we can do about it. When we have received the payment, we can in turn pay our members. We usually do this immediately.
You can affect the delay by your own behavior. If there are no strikes or payment reversals on your account, we try our best to convert your points as soon as in 30 days.
